Jasmine Lee, Graduate Student Intern
Jasmine Lee is a graduate student intern under the supervision of practice owner, Julie Summers, LPC-S. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Colorado Christian University. With a warm, compassionate presence, Jasmine is committed to walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges. She believes deeply in the human need to be seen, heard, and known, and strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can be fully themselves and work toward meaningful growth and healing.
Jasmine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Education from the University of Houston and brings over six years of experience as a high school educator. Her background working with adolescents has naturally informed her counseling focus, which centers on children, adolescents and young adults.
Jasmine utilizes an integrative approach to counseling, drawing from Relational-Cultural Therapy (RCT), Person-Centered, Gestalt, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support and empower her clients. For those seeking a faith-based perspective, she also offers Christian counseling, meeting clients where they are in their spiritual journey.
Jasmine is passionate about helping individuals build confidence, discover solutions that align with their values, and recognize their inherent worth. Her areas of passion include helping clients work through depression, anxiety, shame, low self-esteem, developmental and life transitions, wellness, mindfulness, and spirituality.
Jasmine looks forward to supporting clients with empathy, care, and collaboration as they pursue healing and personal growth.
