Jennifer Hofman, M.A., LPC

Jennifer joined the Heritage family in 2000.  She holds a Master of Arts in Community Counseling with an emphasis in Mental Health.  Jennifer enjoys working with adolescents, adults, and seniors in an engaging, understanding, and direct approach.  

Jennifer has extensive experience working with clients who are dealing with relationship and parenting issues, anxiety, depression, grief, and abuse issues (e.g. physical, emotional, and sexual abuse) and ADHD.  She is passionate about working with clients going through life transitions including beginning college, entering the workforce, growing families, empty nests, adults assisting their aging parents, retirement, losing a spouse, and changes related to growing older.  Jennifer also works with women who had and are having fertility issues and miscarriages. 

Jennifer volunteers her time at churches and schools by offering speaking engagements on divorce issues, grief and loss, parenting, self-esteem, healthy relationships, and developing healthy boundaries. While working with individuals, couples, and families, Jennifer strives to assist her clients in making permanent changes for improving their lives. .
