Caroline Ramey is a graduate student intern under the supervision of Allie Sauls, LPC-S. She is currently pursuing a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Houston. She earned her B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Family Studies from James Madison University.

Caroline is interested in working with children, adolescents, and young adults and is passionate about deepening her clients’ understanding of themselves, their experiences, and internal patterns. Her areas of interest include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relational dynamics, and emotional regulation difficulties.

Using an integrative lens, and drawing from psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and client-centered approaches, Caroline believes in tailoring therapy to each individual’s unique needs and goals, recognizing the various strengths, challenges, and life experiences each person brings. She aims to combine insight-oriented exploration with practical coping skills to support meaningful and lasting change.

Caroline’s style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in connection. She focuses on building an authentic therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, empathy, and compassion. She believes every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and resilience, and she strives to meet clients where they are. Her goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered in their unique journey.
