Consumer Information

Heritage Behavioral Health Consultants, Inc. is committed to empowering clients to make informed decisions regarding their care. In furtherance of this commitment, the following avenues are available to clients to address any concerns related to their experience with Heritage Behavioral. 

Clients may request access to their consumer health care records at any time from their treating counselor. Requests for the release of records may be made verbally during a session, submitted via email directly to the counselor, or provided in writing to our office. Written requests should be addressed to:

Clients also have the right to contact the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council through its Contact Us webpage. In addition, clients may file a consumer complaint with the Office of the Attorney General of Texas through its Consumer Protection webpage.
