Allie's primary focus is on children and adolescents, where she provides comprehensive therapy alongside their parents. Her clinical experience covers a range of challenges faced by young individuals, ages 3 to 18, as well as young adults dealing with behavioral issues, developmental disorders, and significant life transitions. She is experienced in addressing conditions such as ADD and ADHD and family-centric situations such as divorce, trauma, and grieving.

Allie works with schools and other counselors to conduct psychoeducational assessments and specialized testing for ADHD to aid in crafting tailored treatment plans and learning environments to meet a child’s individual needs.

Beyond her individual clinical work, Allie is also an accomplished public speaker, frequently sharing her expertise and insights with churches and the broader community. As a certified volunteer counselor for Resilient Minds on the Front Lines, a respected national 501c3 organization, she contributes her time and skills to provide resiliency training to police officers and first responders.

In 2022, Allie earned a supervisory licensure accreditation and undertakes the responsibility of overseeing, training, and guiding therapist interns as they embark on their professional journey in the field of mental health.
