Brooke Falgoust, M.S., NCC, LPC-Associate

Hi there! I'm Brooke, and I'm blessed to be a part of our counseling team at Heritage Behavioral! As a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Licensed Professional CounselorAssociate (LPC-A), I specialize in offering compassionate support to children, adolescents, college students, and young adults grappling with ADHD, learning disabilities, and anxiety. My mission is to equip you or your child with the tools to navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience.

With a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Studies from Louisiana State University and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Loyola University New Orleans, I seamlessly integrate a Person-Centered approach and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This curative blend creates a nurturing environment for personal growth, self-discovery, and skill building, fostering empathy, support, and unity as we address your needs holistically, encompassing mind, body, and spirit.

A cornerstone of my practice is empowering individuals to develop essential executive functioning, time management, and organizational skills. Whether it's breaking down overwhelming schoolwork, setting and achieving goals, enhancing daily productivity, or fostering self-confidence and self-worth, I provide personalized guidance tailored to your unique needs.

Every day, I have the privilege of guiding individuals through life's complexities. Together, we explore strategies to enhance daily habits, cultivate meaningful connections, and pursue fulfillment. Whether we're delving into deeper issues or utilizing practical strategies like cognitive-behavioral therapy, my focus remains steadfast on your growth and well-being.

In my therapeutic space, you'll find a genuine place of understanding, empathy, and solid support. From addressing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and self-esteem concerns to nurturing overall wellness, I approach each session with care and respect.

What is an LPC-A?

Brooke’s LPC-A status means she has met all the necessary requirements to become a licensed professional counselor in Texas. This includes having a master’s in counseling and passing the national board exam. The main difference between an LPC-A and an LPC is that Associates are still under direct supervision until they complete 3,000 clinical hours.
