Hannah is especially passionate about working with adolescents and young adults who wish to form healthy relationships with themselves (body, mind, and spirit), their families, their peers, and their partners. She takes a person-centered approach to therapy and integrates behavioral and mindfulness approaches.

Hannah is also a Health and Wellness Coach and was certified at the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy. As a Health and Wellness Coach, Hannah is trained to help clients achieve healthy, lasting lifestyle and behavior change. She is equipped with extensive knowledge and resources in lifestyle factors such as nutrition, sleep, movement, and stress management to support clients as they seek to make changes to their physical wellbeing.

Hannah is especially passionate about integrating her training in the Health and Wellness field into her approach to counseling. She believes that a holistic approach is most effective in helping clients overcome difficulties and takes into account the integration of our minds, bodies, and spirits.

As a Birkman Method Consultant, Hannah is able to administer and provide feedback on the Birkman Method Assessment. The Birkman Method Assessment is a personality assessment that measures an individual’s strengths, needs, stressors, and interests. This assessment is often used in corporate settings to increase an individual or a team’s productivity and communication. It can also be used to help individuals who are making career decisions or transitions, adolescents picking a college or college major, and individuals and couples who seek to gain self awareness and maximize their strengths.

What is an LPC-A?

Hannah’s LPC-A status means she has met all the necessary requirements to become a licensed professional counselor in Texas. This includes having a master’s in counseling and passing the national board exam. The main difference between an LPC-A and an LPC is that Associates are still under direct supervision until they complete 3,000 clinical hours.
